Nettoyage Magique is a family business based in Longueuil. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website, why we collect it and what your rights are.
The information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the information you give us:
- Your name and your company's name
- Your email address and phone number
- The address of the premises to be cleaned
- The description of your premises, the services you want, your chosen visit date and your notes
Why we use it
We use it to answer your request, schedule the visit of your premises, prepare your quote and follow up on the service. We don't sell your information. We don't use it for advertising.
How it reaches us
The form sends your request by email to our inbox, using services from Cloudflare and Google. If sending fails, the site opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. While you fill in the form, your answers are kept in your browser so you don't lose them.
Statistics and providers
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits to the website. This tool doesn't place advertising cookies. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, its fonts come from Google Fonts and some images come from Unsplash. These providers may receive technical data such as your IP address when your browser loads the site. Our social media icons are plain links.
Outside Quebec
Some of these providers may process or store information outside Quebec.
Retention and protection
We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request, serve your business and meet our legal obligations. We then destroy it. Only the people who need it for their work have access to it.
Your rights
You can ask to see your information, have it corrected or have it deleted where the law allows. You can also withdraw your consent. We respond in writing within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
